Dr. Fatemeh Mohammadi is a well-respected scientist in the field of Cosmetic, Personal Care and Pharmaceutics and the founder of CosmoDerm company. She joined Estée Lauder in 2001 from her previous position at Unilever. She held the position of the Vice President of Corporate Innovation at The Estée Lauder Companies from 2017 through 2022.

She demonstrated passion for beauty and skin care. Throughout her career, she has been a driving force in the discovery, development, and delivery of novel technology platforms and turning them into paradigm-breaking products that fueled brand innovations. She has been involved in and initiated many strategic business issues that brought millions of dollars in revenue to the companies she served.

Dr. Mohammadi was the first woman who was recognized as an Estée Lauder Companies’ Scientific Fellow with an award-winning plaque in 2018.
